Soak the dry abacha in warm water for at least 30minutes.

Add potash in small bowl and 2 teaspoon of water.drain the liquid and pour inside a pot.

Add palmoil and mix very it will turn yellow.

Add crayfish and a cube of maggi then drain the abacha and mix all very well.

Add salt to taste.wash and cut the utazi leaves and onion in big rings then serve with it.

Cut the fish.spice up with onion,salt and maggi.boil for 3minutes.

Fry the fish with bleached palmoil
