In small skillet cook corn in butter for 5 minutes or until tender

In large mixing bowl combine eggs, sour cream, milk, cheese, chile peppers, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Mix well

Add corn, mix well

Pour into greased 13x9x2 baking dish

Bake at 325 for about 1 hour or until set & golden on top

Cut into squares and top with desired topping
