These tiny sweet rice balls with peanut filling are super delicious!

Roast the peanuts evenly, remove the skins, and let them cool.

Mix the glutinous rice flour with warm water to form a dough. Shape the dough into balls, placing a peanut inside each one.

Boil the rice balls until they float to the surface, which means they're cooked. Remove and soak them in cold water.

Make a syrup by simmering ginger, pandan leaves, and sugar to taste. Drain the rice balls and add them to the syrup. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Enjoy!
