Chop all the vegetables fine

Take flour add some salt and oil mix it nicely

Prepare dough and keep it for rest

Fry vegetables till it's soft

Keep the vegetables to cool

Now take the dough and make small balls of it and make small roti and put fry vegetables in it

Give it a nice shape

Make the steamer ready and put the momos in it

Steam it well and take it out

Serve it hot with spicy chutney and hot soup if Wanted
