Steps

Add butter/oil, sugar powder, vanilla extract & ghee in a mixing bowl. Whisk all for 4-5 minutes.

Sift wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together add in butter mix. Add Jeera & ajwain. Mix well.

Add curd & Knead semi soft dough. Keep rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven on 180 °C for 10 minutes. Take some portion of dough. Roll it 1/4" thick round. Cut with cookie cutter.

Line a baking tray either parchment paper or aluminum foil. Place cookies on baking tray.

Bake cookies on pre heated oven for 10-12 minutes or until it's bottom & top gets golden brown.

Remove baking tray out of oven. With the help of spatula transfer them on cooling rack. Let them cool on room temperature.

Once cooled serve with tea or coffee. Store in air tight jar.
