Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 60 gmsGroundnut
  2. 3-4Garlic cloves
  3. 1/2 inchginger
  4. 4-5 tbspCurds
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspMustard seeds for tempering
  7. 1 tspGhee
  8. 5Curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the groundnuts with ginger and garlic cloves

  2. 2

    Grind well with water in to a paste.

  3. 3

    Take it in a bowl, temper with curry leaves and mustard seeds and if you want red chiili.

  4. 4

    Add curds to it to get the right consistency.

  5. 5

    All set to eat with dosa or anything.
