mix chocolate cake,butter and 1/2 cup of evaporated milk together until blended

split mix in half and smash one half into bottom of small buttered pan

bake in oven at 350 for 15 minutes

flatten out the rest of cake mix and save to go on top

melt 60 caramels over double broiler with 1/3 cup of evaporated milk

pour over baked cake mix then sprinkle with cocolte chips

lay unbaked cake dough over top and finish baking
