Dressing
2 TablespoonOlive Oil (Extra Virgin)
1 TeaspoonHoney

Wash the arugula and the microgreens thoroughly and place in a salad serving bowl

Chop the strawberries into quarters and scatter on top of the salad greens

Toast Pinenuts on low heat and scatter on top of the salad greens and strawberries

Whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over and toss just before serving
