600 mlthickened cream,lightly whipped
1/2 cupsugar

Beat Cream cheese,sugar and egg together until smooth.

Break chocolate into small pieces and melt over double boiler or in microwave on low.

Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and stir through until well combined.

Stir in cream until well combined and chill until required.

Recipe Notes :-If you would rather white chocolate mousse just change the chocolate to white chocolate.
