Pastry puffs are a very delicious alternative to bread, rice or papa. They are also a multi functional pastry to prepare both sweets and salty recipes. Anything prepared withpastry puff as a special added taste😋

In a bowl, pour your flour in a mountain shape and put a pinch of salt then open the middle of the flour to a vulcano shape then add the cold water.

Mix finely and then Stretch the dough. Cut your butter in long squares and Add it to the dough (butter should be just fresh, not iced or melted).

Style the stretched dough in small squares and take to the fridge for 30 minutes

Repeat the mixing and stretching process after 30 minutes and style it again in small squares and take it to the fridge to rest once again for another 30 minutes.

After the second 30 minutes dough rest, stretch it and style as desired. It's ready to incorporate any recipe. If you just want to shape it and toast to accompany with Indian curry or salads or any other serving of your preference fill free to use your imagination as you wish.

If you go for stretching and styling in circles to eat with curry take to hot open pan and toast while controlling for 2/3 minutes each side.
