  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 4 teaspoonbaking powder
  3. 5grated carrots(grated)
  4. 1\2cup sugar
  5. 250 grama
  6. 1 spooncinnamon
  7. 1 spoonall spice
  8. 1 cupmilk
  9. 1 cupoil
  10. 250 graisins

Steps

45-50 mins
  1. 1

    Sift flour,baking powder,bicarbonate of soda,cinnamon and all spice into a bowl and stir in sugar

  2. 2

    Beat eggs, add milk and oil then add into dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Add carrots and raisins and mix well

  4. 4

    Pour mixture into a paper lined into a loaf tin and bake
