  • 2 tspOil
  • 2 tbsponion
  • 3 tbspCarrot
  • 1/2 cupPotato
  • 1/2 cupApple
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and chop all vegetables and fruits.

  2. 2

    In cooker pour oil add onion saute well then add carrot, potato and apple. Saute well and keep for 3 to 4 whistle.

  3. 3

    Let it cool, then blend well and strain. Reheat add salt and pepper powder. Serve hot.
