3/4 cupcanola oil
1 1/2 cupmilk
3 largeeggs
1 1/2 tspsalt
2 tbspbaking powder
1 1/2 cupwhite sugar
5 1/4 cupall purpose flour
3 cupstrawberries

Preheat to 375°F

Combine oil, milk, eggs and beat lightly.

Inn separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add in chopped strawberries and stir to coat with flour. Pour in milk mixture and stir together.

Fill muffin cups and bake for 25min or until the tips bounce back from the touch. Cool for 10min.
