Cut or chop onions, tomatoes and coriander

Heat oil in a sufuria and add 1 chopped onions

Add 2 tomatoes stir until it forms paste

Add 3 glass of water and boil

Add salt and royco and allow to boil.

Wash rice add and let it cook.

For scrambled eggs

Beat eggs add salt and royco mix

Heat oil in apan with onions and fry to brown

Add tomatoes and mash

Add beaten eggs and chopped coriander and stir them together.

Serve hot with rice
