1 headiceburg lettuce chopped
1 smalljar of mayo
1 smallpakage of sweet green peas (english peas) may not need all.
2 cupshredded colby jack or mexican blend
1 lbbacon fried and crumbled
1 bunchgreen onions sliced
2eggs hard boiled and diced (optional)

Steps

Layer each ingredients in glass baking dish or casserole dish starting with lettuce.

Spread mayo over lettuce. Then finish layering the rest in order from peas ending with eggs.

Cover and chill.

Can be made few hours ahead of time.
