1. preheat the oven to 180c,gas mark 4.place pineapple and glacecherries into the base of a greased muffin tray.

2.cream butter and sugar together ,then add beaten egg and finally the flour.

3. add the sponge mixture into the fruit and bake for 15 mins.

you can replace the pineapple with apricot halves,peach slices or pear halfs sliced. Xxxx
