Ingredients

3 सर्विंग
  • 1 1/2 कपगेँहू आटा
  • 1/2 चम्मचनमक
  • 1 चम्मचघी
  • पानी आटा गूंथने के लिये
  • 1 कपचना दाल 3 से4 घण्टे भीगें हुये
  • 4कली लहसुन
  • 1टुकड़ा अदरक
  • 2हरि मिर्च
  • 1 चम्मचभुना जीरा
  • 1 चम्मचसाबूत जीरा
  • 1 चुटकीहींग
  • 1 चम्मचहल्दी
  • नमक स्वादानुसार
  • धनियाँ पत्ती
  • आयल फ्राई करने के लिये
  • पानी स्टीम करने के ले

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले मुलायम आटा गूँथ लेंगे

  2. 2

    भीगे हुए चना दाल को अदरक, लहसुन, मिर्च, जीरा, जीरा पाउडर, हल्दी, नमक, के साथ, बिना पानी के अच्छे से पीस लेंगे।

    इसके बाद इसमें कटा हुआ धनिया पत्ती मिलाइये।

  4. 4

    अब आटा की छोटी छोटी गोली की पूरी जैसा बेलकर उसमे दाल का मिश्रण डाल देंगे और आधे से फोल्ड कर लेंगे ।

  5. 5

    इसी तरह सारे दाल का पीठा बना लेंगे ।

    अब स्टीमर में 10 मिनेट के लिये स्टीम कर लेंगे।

  7. 7

    थोड़ा ठंडा होने के बाद अपने मनचाहे तड़के से फ्राई कर के सर्व करें।

    इसे आलू गोभी मटर की सब्जी या धनिया चटनी के साथ सर्व कीजिये।
