Make a paste of ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and peppercorns

Take chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and little water and make a paste

Now make a fine paste of coconut and poppy seed.

In a pan take oil, fry onion till golden brown. Add ginger garlic spice paste and saute

Now add chilli coriander turmeric paste and saute. Add this stage at chicken pieces and fry for minimum 5 mins

Add minced tomatoes and bhunofy for atleast five minutes. Now add water and let it cook for atleast 10 mins

When chicken is tender add in coconut poppyseed paste and bhunofy for 5 mins.

Switch off flame and garnishwithginger ndcoriander leaves. Serve with raita and naan
