Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbchicken tenders
  2. 1/4 cupolive oil or any cooking oil will do
  3. 3/4 cuplemon juice
  4. 2 tbspadobo
  5. 2 tbspseason salt
  6. 2 tsppepper
  7. 3 tbspbutter
  8. 1scallion sliced

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    place tenders in bowl and add lemon juice,olive oil,season salt,adobo,& pepper toss all together to marinate chicken

  3. 3

    place on a sheet pan and cover with tin foil and bake 20-25 min.

  4. 4

    remove chicken from oven and pour all cooking juices in a frying pan on med-high heat and reduce by half,then add butter, and taste for seasoning

  5. 5

    toss baked chicken in reduced sauce, and serve sprinkled with scallions
