  4. 1big capsicum
  5. 1green chilli chopped
  6. 1 inchginger
  7. 8 clovesgarlic
  8. 1 tbspoon meat masala
  9. 1 tbspGaram masala
  10. To tasteDegi mirch
  11. To tasteSalt
  12. to tasteCoriander masala

    Cut mushrooms in medium size

  2. 2

    Grated onion, tomato, capsicum, ginger, garlic and cut chilli in small size

  3. 3

    Kadhai Garam karenge usme oil dalenge

  4. 4

    Onion dalenge aur golden brown hone tak bhunenge

  5. 5

    Tomato add karenge, capsicum, ginger, garlic chilli dalenge aur bhunenge usme sabhi masale add karenge aur low flame gas pe bhunenge

  6. 6

    Masala oil chod de to usme mushroom add karenge

  7. 7

    Mushroom aur gravy jab aapas mein achi tarah se mix ho jaye to gas band karenge aur green coriander se garnish karke serve karenge

  8. 8

    Agar aap ko capsicum pasand hai to use fry karke last mein coriander ke sath mushroom mein mix kar sakte hai
