Ingredients

  1. 8chicken drums
  2. Vinegar
  3. Salt
  4. 2eggs
  5. Cooking oil
  6. Bread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil for 10 mins in white vinegar

  2. 2

    Drain water and leave to cool.

  3. 3

    Beat eggs in another bowl and dip ur chicken

  4. 4

    Then dip in the breadcrumbs In another plate.

  5. 5

    When done place the chicken in the fridge for 20mins

  6. 6

    Then begin to fry under low heat till golden brown
