Corn bread

I love to eat any dish prepared with corn meal.
I love sweet corns and of course corn bread too.
Here I am sharing the corn bread recipe .
I baked it using coconut oil instead of butter.
And I loved it.
Healthy bread can be eaten as breakfast cake with a cup of coffee.

Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degree.
In a bowl, place all the dry ingredients and mix. - 2
Now add the wet ingredients and mix again.
Place the batter in a 8-inch pan lined with parchment paper. - 3
Bake it for 25 minutes at 180 or till the cake is done.
Remove from the oven and let it cool. - 4
Cut Into pieces, serve and enjoy.

Notes
You can use one cup of yellow corn (makai ka atta)flour and one cup of white corn flour (jowar) by 1:1
Baking time varies from oven to oven.
You can use margarine instead of oil.
