It’s a delicious side dish for rotis and puris. It’s a semi gravy.
Steps

Grind onion and tomato to a fine paste.(separately)
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and green chillies. Fry for a minute. - 2
Add onion paste and cook till the raw smell goes off. Add all the masala powder and fry for few minutes.

Add tomato paste,salt and cook till the oil separates.
Add capsicum slices and cook for few seconds, add the cream mix well and add Kasuri Methi.(crush and add) - 4
Cook for few minutes and add the Paneer cubes. Adjust salt.
Cook for two minutes. - 5
Switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rotis or puris. - 6
NOTE
You can add finely chopped onions instead of paste.
Adjust red chilli powder and green chilli as you require.
You can add more fresh cream if needed.
