1 lbground Italian sausage
1 lblean ground beef
2 lbshredded mozzarella cheese
1 clovegarlic
1 bunchgreen onion
1 packagesportabello mushrooms
1 ozdry white wine
1/2 cupheavy cream
2 boxbow tie pasta
2 canpasta sauce

start large pot of salted/oil water to boil
2

brown sausage and ground beef
3

add chopped green onions and sliced mushrooms
4

add finely chopped garlic
5

deglaze pan with wine
6

add pasta sauce and stir to mix
7

drop pasta into boiling water
8

when pasta is almost done, add heavy cream to pasta sauce
9

slowly add cheese to sauce
10

drain pasta and combine with sauce mixture
