Gently seperate 8 outer layer of leaves off the cabbage.

Simmer Simmer leaves in layered covered in water till softened about 10 minutes.

Take out and lay on paper towel to cool.

Steam the rest of the cabbage approximately 10 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

Put 1/4 to 1/2 cup mixture on cabbage leaves and roll.

Place the extra steamed cabbage in bottom of baking dish.

Lay rolls with seam side down.

Bring all sauce ingredients to a boil and pour over cabbage rolls

Bake 375 covered for 1 hour then uncover and bake at 250 for two hours.
