cut beef stew in pieces(easier to cook)

peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them in small pieces

put beef stew in put of water and let boil

Add carrots and potatoes

Once the meat is cook,put in the sofrito,salt,tomato sauce, and sazon and let shimmer

serve when sauce thickens
