Take wheat flour.Add salt, chilli powder, ajwain.

Now add badhiya.with the help of water knead tight dough

Keep this dough covered for 10-15 minutes.

Now make small balls and with the help of rolling pin make puri.

Take oil in kadai. Heat it.

When oil is heated. Fry the puries.

Bathua puri is ready.
