  • Full Chicken
  • Potatoes for chips
  • Cabbage for salad
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1tomato
  • 1/2onion
  • 1quarter grated carrot
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken to parts if your preference

  2. 2

    Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Peel potatoes and deep fry too.

  4. 4

    Make Kachumbari with tomatoes and onions. Add some salt to it

  5. 5

    Add the chopped cabbage to the carrots

  6. 6

    Arrange according to your preference
