Preheat oven to 375

Spray 15 x 10 x 1 pan with cooking spray and line with waxed paper. Sprinkle towel with powdered sugar.

MIX flour, spice, baking powder, and salt. Beat eggs and sugar in a large bowl with mixer on high until thickened. Add pumpkin, mix well. Add flour mixture. Beat just until blended. Spread onto pan.

BAKE 15 min. or until top of cake springs back when touched in c center. Immediately invert cake onto towel, remove pan. Carefully remove waxed paper. Starting at short end roll cake up with towel. Cool completely.

BEAT cream cheese and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until blended and add coolwhip, mix well.

CAREFULLY unroll cake, spread cream cheese mixture over cake. Rerool cake. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

To serve unwrap and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
