2 slicesAlbany LOWGI whole wheat brown bread
2eggs
1 sliceChicken polony
1 sliceCheese
pinch of eachSalt, black pepper
to spreadMayonnaise

Use two slices of bread
2

Fry eggs half done using butter or oil
3

Sprinkle pinch of salt and black pepper
4

Then put the eggs on top of one slice of bread
5

The other slice of bread, put on top the egg mixed with mayonnaise
6

Add polony and cheese on top
7

Pour yoghurt in a cup separately
8

Then enjoy the breakfast
