Melt the chocolate over a warm-water bath.

Add the spice and mix it with the chocolate.

Then you add the syrup and cocoa and stir until the batter gets tough.

Then pourpus into a bag and cool until it set.

Roll out the chocolate and use mini cookie cutters to get some cool shapes.

Great to use as toppings ön christmas muffin and cakes.
