Cooking Instructions

arrange kurma in the middle of chicken and wrap up fasten with presoaked toothpick
- 2
pan fry chicken in olive oil for 8 to 10 or more minute depending on the thickness of the chicken
- 3
in same pan push cooked chicken aside then off heat put honey and vineger then mix well and coat chicken with the sauce and serve
