1 largeegg
1 tspoil
2 cupwater
2 cuproughly chop sweet cabbage
1/2 cupdried anchovies
seasoning
1 dashfish sauce or light soy sauce
1 pinchsalt and white pepper

in pan little oil pan fried dried anchovies till fragrant set aside then fry eggs

On the same pan add water bring it to a boil then add cabbage and cover in low heat

add seasoningand simmer for 1minute , serve hot
