my kids liked this and it was very cheap to make since everything was on sale. it tasted pretty decent. could use a bit more flavor but I am not sure what to add

I love chili and I love cornbread Stuffing. So the Stuffing was on sell for a dollar a bag, so I couldn't pass it up. I started thinking humm, this would be a good opportunity to mix it up and here it is!!!!

The way I found this recipe was to cook it in a slow cooker but I rather bake it * Update * I made it with turkey breast diced up, dried cranberries, frozen green beans and used 1 can cream of chicken and 1can cream of broccoli because I didn't have anymore cream of chicken and I really loved the change it was very tasty.

Made this for brunch with my Mom's homemade stuffing for us & the in-laws after our Thanksgiving dinner the night before. Was a hit!

Even Grandma Mar asked for this recipe, now that's a compliment.

We used to make a dish like this often that used canned condensed soup, but since having to clean up my diet due to health reasons, we've had to find better ways to enjoy some of our old favorites. This is my (slightly) cleaned up version of the casserole we used to make. Feel free to use whatever veggies you'd like instead of carrots and broccoli.

This year we are have Thanksgiving Dinner at a restaurant and they don't serve traditional stuffing with their turkey. I looked around for stuffing ideas that worked on their own and eventually came up with my own recipe for "bites" of stuffing that can be eaten as an appetizer. I'm thinking you could also serve these as a side dish to chicken. Maybe make some gravy to ladle on top of the bites instead of the cranberry sauce?

I have been making stuffed meat cannelloni pasta for years, it is one of my sons favorite meals. Now that he is on his own I make frezzable favorites for him often. To change things up this time a I stuffed beef rolls with my cannelloni filling and slow roasted them until tender.They were really good, a great twist so they can be served with mashed potaos or rice or any pasta, It was a successful surprise!

I was running low on breadcrumbs and was dead set on making chicken tenders for dinner so I improvised with what I had in the pantry. So glad I did cause man these were so flavorful, especially with using the chicken flavored stuffing mix. My new go to quick fix for breadcrumbs!
