Add cream to large bowl and whip until firmly stiff.

Add caramel to the mixture and whip again till firm.

Add 3/4 of the Aero to the mixture, but grate it first.

Lay cookies on the bottom of a large square pirex cooking pan.

Pour mixture over the cookies.

Grate the remaining Aero and neatly dust the tart with the grated Aero.

Leave overnight in the fridge. And enjoy!!
