Ingredients

1 hour
  • 1 tspsodium bicarbonate
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspcocoa
  • 2eggs
  • 250 mlspring water
  • 250 gramssugar
  • 500 gramsflour
  • 3 tbspjam (any kind you like)
  • 5 tbspoil

    put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    stir well until the mixture is smooth

  3. 3

    preheat oven at 180°C

  4. 4

    put the mixture in a baking tray and in the oven for 35-45 minutes
