  • 1 cupMacadamia nuts ( toasted & chopped )
  • 1/2 cupSweetened condenced milk
  • 3 1/2 tspAlmond extract
  • 7 ozSweetened cocolate
  • 12 ozSemi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbspShortning

  1. 1

    In a bowl; mix nuts, c.milk, almond extract, & coconut. Using your fingers to press into 3/4" balls, place on trays & refridgerate for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Melt chocolate & shortning. Mix until smooth. Dip balls into chocolate to coat evenly. Place on parchment to set.
