First boil the potato for 15 to 20 mins

When the potatoes are boiling that time we can chopped all the veggies and make imli water take one cup add 1/2 cup water add whole imli rest for 10-15 min we use imli pulp for chaat

When the potato are boiled then peel off the potato skin

Then heat the oil in the kadai add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed then add boil potatoes continously fry for 2-3 min add red mirchi powder turmeric and salt to taste again fry for one min

Then remove the fried potatoes from the kadai in a plate

Using of same kadai add some more oil then add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed then add chopped green chillies then add chopped tomato saute until the tomato get soft and pulpy

Then add fried potatoes on it then add chopped onion, cumin powder, black salt,chaat masala,1/2 lemon juice, imli pulp and salt to taste then mix it well together

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves
