Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lightly oil a large casserole dish large enough to hold the chops.

Please the eggs and milk in a bowl, whisk together and set aside.

In another bowl, add the bread crumbs, garlic powder, cheese and parsley. Mix well.

Heat the oil in a large skillet until very hot. Dip the chops in the egg/milk mixture then into the crumb mixture, coating evenly.

Brown in a skillet on both sides.

Place the chops in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until done. Internal temperature must be 145°F.
