This is 1of my favorte chinese dish delicious :hungry
Cooking Instructions

Rinse pork and pat dry. Marinate with marinade ingredients for 3 hrs.

Put malt syrup and water in container soaked in hot water bath. Stir well until malt syrup dissolves.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake each side of pork for 15 minutes. Brush on malt syrup liquid and bake each side for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and chop before serve.
