Ingredients

  1. Marinade
  2. 1 1/2Chopped shallot
  3. 2 tbspChar siew sauce
  4. 1 tspSeafood sauce
  5. 1 tbspKetchup
  6. 1 tbspRose wine
  7. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  8. 1a little dark soy sauce
  9. 1 tspSugar
  10. Ingredients
  11. 900 gramsPork shoulder or butt
  12. 1 1/2 tbspMalt syrup
  13. 1 tbspWater

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse pork and pat dry. Marinate with marinade ingredients for 3 hrs.

    Put malt syrup and water in container soaked in hot water bath. Stir well until malt syrup dissolves.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake each side of pork for 15 minutes. Brush on malt syrup liquid and bake each side for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and chop before serve.
