Bake chicken for 1 hr. Dice. Being sure to remove all fat. You could dice and fry the chicken to save time but I try to avoid that do to the grease.

In a large pan or wok add chicken, brown sugar, soy, & corn starch.

Bring to a boil.

Add green peppers and simmer for 10 mins.

Serve over rice.
