4uncooked cubed chicken breast
1/2 lbsauted mushrooms
2 cancream of chicken soup
1/2 lbgrated cheddar cheese
1/2 cupmayonnaise

in a greased 9 x 13 casserole, layer the cooked spaghetti, chicken, and mushrooms. Mix together the soup, mayonnaise, and the cheese, Pour over ingredients in casserole. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, cover with foiland bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 10 mins longer. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
