
White Chocolate Cherry Brownies

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13 x 9" pan and set aside.

Stir together melted butter, sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and baking powder.

Stir in an egg, mix thoroughly, then add 1/3 cup flour, stir, and repeat until all eggs and flour have been added. The last addition of flour will only be a 1/4 cup.

If using a mixer, add all the eggs together, mix in and then add all of the flour making sure all is mixed thoroughly.

Add the cherries and white chocolate chips and stir just until mixed.

Put the batter into the prepared pan making sure to spread to the edges.

Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Try to let them cool a half hour before cutting.
