Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat pan on stove at low heat. We just want to melt the cheese with the heat not burn the bread.
- 2
Butter one side of one piece of bread. Enough to cover the whole side real good.
- 3
Lay that piece of bread, butter side down in pan.
- 4
Lay 2 pieces of cheese on top. Make sure to let the edge of the cheese hang over the bread just a bit. This ensures maximum jealousy by anyone watching you eat it.
- 5
Lay 6 slices of pastrami on top in different direction. Ensure the meat over hangs the edge of bread just a bit.
- 6
Cut jalapeño into 4 slices. Thickness to your liking. Put on top evenly apart.
- 7
Add last 2 slices of cheese on top of that with a little over hang.
- 8
Butter last piece of bread same as first. Put on to butter side up.
- 9
Once cheese starts melting to bottom layer of bread carefully flip sandwich over(about 5-6 minutes after the bread hits the pan. Bread should now look golden color not burnt. If burnt to bad heat was too high.
- 10
Once the cheese that is now touching the bottom piece of bread is melted to it you are done. About 5-6 minutes per side if your heat is set right.
- 11
O yeah that glorified grilled cheese sandwich is done. Put on a plate with your favorite chips and yummmmmmm amazing!!!
