400 gramsdark chocolate
200 mlcream
1cocoa powder
1liqueur
1seasalt

heat cream till almost boil, remove add chopped chocolate

stir till dissolve, add salt and liqueur
3

pour into paper lined tray, smooth top and refrigerate till set
4

cut into cubes with warm knife, dust with cocoa powder
