Preheat oven to 350°F

Smash bananas in a medium bowl. Set aside.

In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Cream together butter and sugars in a large bowl; beat in eggs, then add milk, applesauce, honey, and vanilla.

Fold in bananas.

Add dry mixture to wet mixture and gently stir.

Use non stick spray on pan and bake for 1 hour- 1 hour 10 min for regular loaf. Check with toothpick. Bake 30-35 min for mini loaves.
