Cut the corners of the bread.

Apply jam on it,then dip it into the milk and squeeze it.

Now fill the fruits in it and give round shape. keep aside.

Take a heavy bottom pan and boil the milk. Reduce the flame and add cardamom power, till it reduces to half, keep stirring. Add saffron.

When it gets thick add sugar and keep stirring and turn off the flame. Let it cool down completely.

Keep the fruit ball that you made earlier in a bowl and pour the Rabdi over them.

Garnish with Almonds, pistachios, and cashew.
