heat oil in a pan, add ging-garlic paste and stir till golden, add salt, chilli pdr andcturmeric, stir well and add chicken.

in another pan, put a teaspoon of oil and heat, add the tomatoes and leave them to cook on low heat by covering them. Do not add water.

wghen the chicken starts cooking in its own moisture, turn down the flame and let it cook for 5 mins.

when little water remains in the tomatoes, turn off the flame and put them in the pot with chicken. mix well

add half a glass of water to cook the chicken well. if it starts to break apart, turn up the flame and keep stirring with a wooden spoon until no water remains.

add ginger and green chillies, simmer for 5 mins, garnish with coriander and serve hot with extra ginger
