Ingredients

  • 150 gramsbutter
  • 115 gramssoft brown sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 150 gramscruncy peanut butter
  • 125 gramsself raising flour
  • 30 gramsplain flour
  • 60 mlmilk

    Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas mark 4

  2. 2

    Line cupcak tins with 18 cupcake cases

  3. 3

    In a medium bowl, mix together the butter and sugar until smooth

  4. 4

    Add the eggs, one at a time, beat in after each addition

  5. 5

    Add 125g of the peanut butter & mix in

  6. 6

    Mix in sifted flour and milk

  7. 7

    Place mix into cupcake cases, about half full

  8. 8

    Bake for 10-12minutes

  9. 9

    Once cool, place a dollop of peanut butter on top
