Turn on deep fry to 375°F.

cut three lines into the hot dogs

preheat a pan to toast buns

wrap bacon around hot dogs and place tooth picks into the ends to hold bacon in place

place jalapenos into deep fryer until blistered and soft, place on cutting board and remove stems. coarsely chop and mix with mayo, lemon juice, paprika, and season to taste.

toast buns, set aside. place dogs into deep fryer until bacon is crispy, drain off excess oil, brush sauce on buns, add dogs, and enjoy.
